CBON Group, a group of companies specialized in introducing, developing, and establishing Beauty Brands across North America, today announced the signing of an agreement to sell Creata Beauty, one of Canada’s premier beauty supply distributors, with 4 locations across Canada, to Forma Beauty Supplies of Thunder Bay.

Who is Creata Beauty?
Creata Beauty, which CBON Group setup in 2020, specializes in professional nail products, and with over 12,000 products, supplies and supports nail techs and other beauty professionals with education and a wide variety of premium brands. Creata Beauty has established an invaluable position as Canada’s largest e-commerce supplier in the professional nail category

Who is Forma Beauty Supplies?
Located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Forma Beauty Supplies is Northwestern Ontario’s full-service distributor of salon and spa products. Forma Beauty was formed in 2006, and has built its stellar reputation servicing the professional hair industry. Carlo Lombardo, who has also had an illustrious career with his own very successful salon in addition to Forma Beauty Supplies, is looking forward to stepping away from the salon, and with his group of investors focusing on distribution.
